Terms of service

These terms govern your use of AbliteratedLLM: the website, the dashboard and the API. By creating an account or sending a request, you agree to them.

1. Who you are dealing with

AbliteratedLLM is operated by AbliteratedLLM, a company organized under the laws of (jurisdiction to be confirmed) ("we", "us"). These terms, together with the acceptable use policy and the privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service.

2. You must be 18 or older

The service is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age where you live, to create an account or use the API. By using the service you confirm that you are.

3. Your account and keys

  • Your account is a random 16-digit account number, and that number is your login. Keep it secret: anyone who has it controls the account and its credit.
  • We can't recover a lost account number.
  • You are responsible for all usage made with your account and your API keys, including usage by anyone you share a key with. Revoke a key as soon as you think it has leaked.

4. Prepaid credit

  • The service is prepaid. Usage is charged per token at the prices listed on the pricing page when the request is made.
  • Before each request we reserve its maximum estimated cost from your balance, then charge the actual cost when it finishes. If you cancel a request mid-stream, you are charged an estimate of the tokens processed up to that point.
  • If a request ends up costing more than was reserved, your balance can fall below zero. New requests are refused until you top up.
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, have no cash value and never expire.
  • We don't issue refunds, including for unused credit or for accounts that are suspended, terminated or no longer used.

5. Payments

  • Top-ups are paid in Monero (XMR), Bitcoin (BTC) or Litecoin (LTC) through our self-hosted BTCPay Server. No identity verification (KYC) is required.
  • The minimum top-up is $5.00. An account may have up to 3 unpaid invoices open at once and may create up to 10 invoices per hour.
  • Invoices are priced in USD. We credit the USD value of what actually settles, at the exchange rate fixed on the invoice, minus the network fee recorded on each payment. Partial payments, overpayments and late payments that settle within the invoice's monitoring window are credited the same way, for exactly the amount that settled.
  • Network fees are paid by you and are not credited. Where the checkout adds a network fee to the amount due (Monero invoices always do), paying the amount shown credits the full invoice amount.
  • An invoice expires 60 minutes after it is created. We keep watching for payments for 24 hours after it expires (the monitoring window).
  • Payments that arrive after the monitoring window, or that are sent on an unsupported network or in the wrong asset, may not be credited.

6. Free trial, bonus and referrals

  • New accounts may receive $5.00 of free trial credit after a proof-of-work check. Trial credit is limited to one account per IPv4 /24 or IPv6 /48 network every 30 days and is not available from datacenter, VPN or Tor networks. Trial accounts have lower rate and output limits.
  • The first credited invoice of $10.00 or more earns a one-time bonus of 20% of the amount credited on it, net of network fees. Partial, late and overpayments that settle on that same invoice count toward it; later invoices earn no bonus. The bonus is account credit: it can be spent on usage but never withdrawn. It is granted at most once per network every 90 days, and only when the invoice was created from a network we can identify.
  • Referrers earn 10% of the deposits made by accounts they referred, for 365 days after the referred account was created. Rewards are paid as account credit only, only to referrers who have made at least one billed request, and up to $50 per referrer per calendar month (UTC). Deposits made before a referrer qualifies earn no reward.
  • Promotional credit follows the same rules as other credit. Creating multiple accounts to collect free credit is prohibited. We may change or end these promotions at any time; credit already granted stays on your account.

7. Your use of the service

You are solely responsible for your prompts, the outputs you receive and how you use them. You must comply with the laws that apply to you when you use the service. The acceptable use policy, which defines the content the service blocks automatically, is incorporated into these terms.

Models labelled Official DeepSeek API are DeepSeek's stock models, provided through DeepSeek's official API. DeepSeek processes and stores your prompts and outputs for these models in the People's Republic of China under the DeepSeek Privacy Policy, and may decline requests under its own DeepSeek Terms of Use.

8. Resale

You may build products on the API for your own users. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the API itself (for example as a proxy, an aggregator or a shared key) except under a written reseller agreement with us. For wholesale terms, write to support@abliteratedllm.dev.

9. Changes to the service

We may add, change or retire models, endpoints and limits. Price changes apply to requests made after the new price is published on the pricing page. When capacity is exhausted the API may return 429 responses, as described in the documentation.

10. Service provided as-is

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement.

Outputs are generated automatically by language models and are not reviewed by us. They may be inaccurate, offensive or unsuitable for your purpose. We are not responsible for the conduct of users, for what they send to the service, or for any use of its outputs.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of outputs or from the conduct of any user. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless AbliteratedLLM and its officers, employees and contractors against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your prompts, the outputs you receive or how you use them, or your breach of these terms or of any law.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, fraud or other abuse of the service, a breach of these terms, or where the law or a legal order requires us to. Terminated accounts forfeit their remaining credit.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of (jurisdiction to be confirmed). Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of (jurisdiction to be confirmed).

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
